After a long stressful search for the right vehicle, I was so happy with the experience I had here. At other locations we dealt with extremely pushy salesmen, who would bring us in the office just to tell us the specific vehicle we showed up for was no longer available, then proceded to call or text us before we even drove off the lot. It was insane. Steele was entirely different. We worked with Fernando who was great. We test drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee and decided to look at a few other places to be sure. We weren't pressured to leave our phone number or even our names. A few hours after we left we did decide to go back and purchase the Jeep and Fernando was incredibly helpful during the entire process. I'm so happy with the experience we had.

"I highly recommend the Steele Northstar Jeep service department."

I was very impressed with my service advisor Dale. Although it took two weeks to get the repair completed due to the strike at the Jeep parts center Dale kept me posted on the progress. Now that the radiators replaced, my Jeep is running great. I highly recommend the Steele Northstar Jeep service department.

The service department was great and polite, worked efficiently and fast, they have a nice waiting room, clean bathroom and snacks and drinks you can have, I highly recommend this service department.
